   First Impressions Program
   Classes designed for ages 12-17

These programs will provide the tools older children and teens need to develop positive self esteem, communication and leadership skills. By teaching common courtesy and social grace, class participants will gain the confidence needed to excel in any setting, whether a professional environment or enjoying family and friends.

Programs will be presented at your location, throughout central Pennsylvania. Classes are designed to be offered as a four part series, but may be designed as single sessions to meet your needs, and can include:

Dining Manners for ages 12-17
Students will learn proper dining etiquette including introductions, handling silverware, napkins, dishes, and glassware, mealtime conversation, behavior at the table, etiquette of dining out, and more.

Impressions Matter for ages 12-17
This program is intended to increase self-esteem and build confidence by teaching proper greetings, introductions, telephone and cell phone etiquette, listening and conversation skills, addressing adults, and how to be a good host and a polite guest.

Communication Express for ages 12-17
This class stresses the importance of good manners for the busy teen. Students will learn the importance of first impressions, public speaking skills, conversations and listening skills, telephone and cell phone etiquette, and how to write thank you notes.
